Shipping: Shipping times may vary from location to location and are subject to change in real-time based on logistic circumstances. Our team will provide constant support in case you face any issue with delivery.
In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Product cancellations are only eligible within 12 hours of placing the order. Post this, the cancellation will not be allowed. In extreme circumstances, product cancellation may be permitted (upon discretion) on the condition that the customer bears all the transportation charges for the product dispatch and return.
Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including but not limited to the following
- Gift cards & Wallet Balance
- Health Transformation Plans & Diet Plans
- Downloadable software products
- All edible products which are of exacts specifications (weight, ingredients & nutritional information) as mentioned on our website www.wellversed.in
Returns:
To complete your return, we require
- A receipt or proof of purchase.
- A clear picture of the issue with the product.
- You are in possession of the product to be returned. Products that have been disposed off cannot be requested for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection of the product against your claim.
The cost of returning the product to the Company has to be borne by the customer.
If the reported problem with the returned product is verified, the customer will get a reimbursement for the product along with the return shipping cost upon submitting the proof of the cost of return shipping.
Non-Refundable Situations: There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Product with obvious signs of use or tampering (open seal/packaging).
- Refund request raised after 48 hours or more post delivery.
- Weight of delivered product is lesser than weight of returned product.
- Return shipping is initiated 144 hours after delivery time.
Refunds (if applicable):
If a problem is reported in a product, the product needs to be shipped back to the Company for verification. The claim of the customer will be verified by our unbiased experts and appropriate action will be taken based on the outcome of such an inspection.
Based on the outcome of the inspection, you may receive a replacement of the products or get a refund of purchase amount - a decision that is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We only replace/refund an item if they are defective or damaged.
Refund Criteria:
The Return & Replacement of the orders are only approved for the below situations.
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- Expired Product Delivered
- Missing Products in the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
