Wellcoins is a currency that allows you to access exclusive offers and discounts when you shop on Wellversed. You can earn and redeem Wellcoins not only on Wellversed but also on other partner brands that are part of the Wellcoins program.
Is there a membership fee for Wellcoins?
No, there is no membership fee to participate in the Wellcoins. All you need to do is click on the rewards program and join the program.
How many Wellcoins do I get for shopping on Wellversed?
You will receive 5 Wellcoins for every Rs. 100 spent on Wellversed. For instance, if you purchase a product for Rs. 1000, you will earn 50 Wellcoins. Once your order is delivered, the Wellcoins will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended. Once the Wellcoins are credited, you can redeem them immediately. However, please note that you will not earn any Wellcoins for reward purchases.
What is the validity period for Wellcoins?
Wellcoins are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited to your account.
Is it possible to cancel rewards redeemed with Wellcoins?
No, once you have redeemed rewards using Wellcoins, it is not possible to reverse the transaction.
Is it possible to use Wellcoins as the sole payment method for shopping on Wellversed?
No, it is not possible to use Wellcoins for the entire purchase amount. Wellcoins can only be used to get a discount on a certain value of the cart, and the discount percentage is available on our website.
When will Wellcoins be credited to my account after purchase?
Once your order is delivered, the Wellcoins will be credited to your account after the return period (if any) has ended.
What happens to the Wellcoins used for a purchase if I cancel or return the order?
If you cancel the order, the Wellcoins used for the purchase will be credited back to your account immediately. If you return the product, the Wellcoins used for the purchase will be credited to your account once the product has passed the quality check and the return has been approved.
If I cancel the order, will the Wellcoins that were to be credited to my account also be cancelled?
Yes, the Wellcoins that you were supposed to earn will be revoked for the cancelled order.
