Refund Criteria:

The Return & Replacement of the orders are only approved for the below situations.

Incorrect Product Delivered
Expired Product Delivered
Missing Products in the order.

Note: The expected time for raising the escalation to our team for verification of the issue is 7 Business days. Only after this process is completed by our end, we share the return confirmation to the customer.

Returns: (Only when approved by our team)

To complete your return, we require :

1)A receipt or proof of purchase.
2)A clear picture of the issue with the product.
3)You are in possession of the product to be returned. Products that have been disposed off cannot be requested for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection of the product against your claim.
The cost of returning the product to the Company has to be borne by the customer.
If the reported problem with the returned product is verified, the customer will get a reimbursement for the product along with the return shipping cost upon submitting the proof of the cost of return shipping.

 

Return/Refund Process:

Replacement policy

1) Complaint TAT: All Issues Need to be Highlighted with the Brand Customer Support team Via Email Support@wellversed.in or calls on 9319157249 . As the team share the response and resolutions within 24-48 hours on the platforms.

2) All Product-Related issues need to be Reported to the brand within 7-14 business days after the delivery (E.g. Lumps, Smell, Taste, Color & Texture)

3) All Delivery-related issues need to be Reported to the brand within 72 hours after order delivery.  (E.g. Damaged Parcel, Empty parcel, Missing Item & Wrong Items)

4) We do not have any Exchange policy, The order details and product information can be re-checked after order confirmation on the website page or via email & watsapp notifications.

Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned including but not limited to the following:

  • Products bought using Gift cards or Wallet Balance
  • All edible products which are of exact specifications (weight, ingredients & nutritional information) as mentioned on our website www.wellversed.in.

Note: We do not accept Return on the basis of Taste & Texture complaint.
Incase any such complaint received, will be first verified & approved with the internal R&D department and then further actions will be completed.

Dispatch/Delivery:

  • We dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery takes 5-8 working days PAN India & 1-2 working days for Delhi NCR.
  • The delivery date may exceed due to any disaster, strike, climatic or festive issues.
  • The customers receive tracking details via message, WhatsApp , Email etc.

Payment Related Issues:

Any issues related to payment should be escalated on Email or WhatsApp, which will be viewed by our team during the operational hours only.
