Claim Settlement Process:


To process any claim, please email us the unboxing video along with clear images as proof of damage or defect.
💡 Tip: If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, do not accept the parcel. Instead, reject the package and immediately contact our Customer Service Team to report the issue.
🔹 No Exchange Policy: Once an order is delivered as confirmed on our website, exchanges are not permitted.

 

Order Delivery & Support Process
Delivery Timelines:

Pan India: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Delhi NCR: Delivery within a maximum of 3 business days.

Returns & Replacements: Resolved within 48-72 hours, depending on the severity of the issue.
Disputes & Complaints: Reviewed and addressed within 48 hours.

Order Delivery Changes:

 1. Changes after dispatch are challenging but we will do our best to update contact or address details.
 2. If modifications are made while the order is in transit, delivery may be delayed."

Raise a dispute within 24 hours of getting the delivery notification.

📜 Proof of Delivery (POD) Availability
POD is available for up to 7 days after delivery.
Delivery concerns must be raised within 3-7 days, as per courier guidelines.
