Ingredients

  1. Honey - 1 tablespoon 
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon 
  3. Navel orange juice -  1 tablespoon 
  4. Garlic minced - 1-2 cloves 
  5. Fresh ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon 
  6. Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon 
  7. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon 
  8. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon 
  10. Organic apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon 
  11. Hot water - 1 tablespoon 

 Instructions 

  1. Take a glass and add Honey, Hot Water, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, Cayenne Pepper,  Turmeric, Sea salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. 
  2. Now add grated fresh ginger and minced garlic. 
  3. Then you just stir in everything and drink!

Tip 

Storing: This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
