  • We love our Indian mithais! From Kaju Katli to Punjab's Pinni; we ate a lot of them growing up. But somewhere the traditional way of cooking and consuming mithai is long forgotten. As more and more refined sugar and preservatives are added; the laddus and mithais have become unhealthy. Rising up to this challenge, we created laddus which are healthy, rich in protein & fibre and a quick energy bitewhen hunger gets going.
  • Yummsy Cashew & Pumpkin laddu is our take on India's favourite mithai Kaju Katli. 
  • We use locally sourced and organically grown cashews, slow roast them to enhance its flavour. We go a step further and stone ground them which helps to keep all the nutrients from the cashews intact. For crunch, we use Pumpkin Seeds, which is an unconventional choice but pairs very well with cashew.
  • To give a familiar texture and taste of a laddu, we add Dates which enhances the natural sweetness of the laddu and makes it 70% less sweeter than the traditional sugar mithai. All of this comes together naturally with gluten-free oats flour making it the ultimate laddu for vegans and people who are lactose-intolerant, as no dairy or ghee is added.
