3. Stir the macaroni periodically and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
4. Take a piece to ensure it has no dry center.
5. Drain the water and rinse in cold water.
6. Smear the drained pasta with 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.
7. Put the macaroni in a pan and add any sauteed vegetables and sauces of your choice.
8. Toss well & serve.
