  • We proceed with the conventional Bilona method while preparing our A2 Cow Ghee. To carry forward the authenticity of this blissful ingredient, we go to happy and content Gir cows and extract Ghee by churning curd through Bilona procedure.
  • After it, the fresh butter extracted out of the curd is heated on a mild flame while placing it on the cow dung cake's flame to give a soothing smokey fragrance to Ghee. We do it until the butter turns slightly grainy in order to prepare the best-textured Ghee out of it.
  • We prefer full moon time to extract all the varieties of Ghee so that it may best contribute to curing digestion, inflammation, skin issues, eye problems, and joint pain. Ghee extracted on the full moon aids the nutrients’ absorption with perfection, improves the gut and induces an alkalising effect on the whole body
  • We offer our cows organic cattle feed, including powerful herbs like Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, so that they may help us produce nutritionally fit Ghee. Also, we pledge to use fully recycled farms in terms of byproducts. We utilize cow urine as fertilizer for our farms & we feed back the cows with leftover buttermilk.
