Crafted By A Tea Sommelier: Every tea blend and tisane from Tea Trunk is curated and crafted by a certified tea sommelier in small batches to preserve the flavour and nutrients.
Completely Natural Ingredients: This tea tin has a foil pouch with 100% plant-derived ingredients: white tea, lavender flowers, orange peel, and a touch of mint. No additives, no preservatives, no added flavour or color. Each packet should be used within a week after opening.
Taste Profile: Floral, citrus, and velvety. Makes a light, clear liquor. White tea has a natural honey dew flavour that complements the balmy notes of lavender flower. Storage: Store in the foil pouch in the tea tin or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place. If storing in the refrigerator/ freezer, pack the tea in small completely airtight packets or jars. Before use, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation.
Brewing: Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°c) on the tea and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. All our teas (tea bags or whole leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep. This tin makes at least 50 cups of tea.
