Benefits of Oats - Oats are one of the healthiest grains. They provide high nutritional value to your diet. They are rich in dietary fibre, antioxidants, protein, carbs and many essential vitamins and minerals. The health benefits of Oats are incredible, few of which include – lower sugar levels and reduced risk of heart disease. They are filling and can help in weight loss and controlling hunger pangs for junk.

Benefits of Millets - Millet is a gluten-free grain. It is a powerhouse of nutrients including high protein, dietary fibres, antioxidants, B vitamins, calcium, iron, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, potassium etc. Some studies show that millet can raise your “good” cholesterol levels. Because cholesterol is such a big risk factor for heart disease, eating millet regularly may help keep your heart healthier. Other benefits of millets also include help in controlling blood sugar and improving digestive health.
