Nutritious Food, ready to serve in 3 simple steps
1. In a vessel, add ½ cup of thick curd, 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of FittR biTes Oats Idli Mix. Mix these ingredients rigorously till batter is consistent. Set aside for 10 mins
2. Grease the Idli moulds with oil or ghee
3. Pour the batter in moulds and cook in idli steamer for 10-12 mins
Tada! Hot, soft, fluffy & delicious idlis are ready to be served.
